I've spent 16 years working independently as a designer. The last 5 deep in packaging for regulated and CPG brands.
No formal degree, no agency ladder. Just years of solving real production problems: clear process, honest timelines, files that leave my desk press-ready.
I think before I design, and I design to sell. No templates, no AI shortcuts, your shelf space is too expensive for that.
