This was the first time we've had anything designed and we had a wonderful experience with 99designs. It's great to experience working with a number of designers at once, because you get a glimpse of their work ethic in addition to seeing various ideas for your design needs. We also called customer service a couple of times and used the online chat customer service. Both of these methods gave us fast and very friendly responses to our questions. We will definitely use 99designs again for our future design needs.
