We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the design itself. At the same time, we were a bit surprised to see the rating, as throughout the project you appeared satisfied with the direction of the design and no concerns were raised during the development and revision process.
During the project we worked extensively to deliver the website and packaging at a high standard. This included creating custom videos and images, implementing custom-coded sections, integrating music through custom code, designing the website with animations, and building the website in two languages. We also optimized the design across devices and updated parts of the template code to ensure proper functionality in Arabic, which required additional development work from original scope of this project, and all this we delivered as a complementary service.
In addition, we did not receive a defined concept or design direction from your side before the work started, and no concerns or requests for changes to the concept were raised during the process.
Our intention throughout the collaboration was to accommodate all requests and deliver the project at the highest possible quality. If there were specific elements that you felt did not fully match the concept you had in mind, we would have genuinely appreciated understanding them. Your input helps us improve our process and ensure alignment with our clients’ expectations.

"Thank you for your feedback.
We were surprised by this rating and comment, as throughout the project no dissatisfaction with the design direction was expressed during the revision process. During the collaboration we accommodated multiple revision requests, including adjustments required after the logo was changed three separate times. To support these changes, we also extended the project timeline to ensure the final design could properly reflect the updated branding.
The brief and references provided at the start of the project indicated a preference for a minimalistic, high-end style, which is the direction we delivered. No additional concept direction was provided beyond examples of minimalistic designs with a similar aesthetic and quality to the final result.
All project terms — including pricing, scope, and revision rounds — were transparently communicated and agreed upon before the work began. Our studio maintains consistent pricing standards and we do not typically apply large discounts of 50–70% on our services. However, as we had already collaborated on multiple projects together and you had expressed satisfaction with our work and creativity during the process, we offered discounted pricing for the additional services requested as a gesture of goodwill toward a returning client.
