I used the same main font as basis as for the previous design, but added a dark to bright red gradient to the blue to enhance the word and meaning of \"Revolution\". I also \"carved\" RVLTN to resemble a stencil look as might be associated with masculinity and strength; with visual cues from the army; with fighting for what you believe in.")

The logo as a whole thus immediately conveys the firm as the mediator that it aims to be.")

The symmetry and patterns in the icon also aim to convey organisation, and the bee is known to be a hard worker! :) Whilst it may be challenging to appease both generations completely, the friendly, open and inviting character of this logo is a uniting quality.")
