Senchy has been fantastic to work with from start to finish. She is highly responsive, patient, and incredibly accommodating throughout what turned out to be a very detailed FDA compliance label project.
We went through multiple rounds of revisions as our regulatory consultant reviewed the packaging, and Senchy implemented every requested change promptly and professionally. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she maintained excellent attention to detail while preserving the premium look and feel of our brand.
Her communication was clear, turnaround times were fast, and the quality of her work was outstanding. The final labels look professional and are exactly what we envisioned.
