"My experience with this designer was mixed. On a positive note, she was extremely responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. She responded to messages almost immediately and was readily available when needed, which I genuinely appreciated.
However, my main concern was the level of design expertise compared to how her services were marketed. She presented herself as a highly experienced, top-tier designer, but the quality of work I received felt more reflective of someone at a beginner or novice level, particularly when it came to Photoshop skills, image editing, and overall design execution. I found myself sourcing and providing many of the images, creative elements, and materials needed to complete the catalog. I believe there is room for growth in her skill set, and I would encourage potential clients to align their expectations with providing a high level of support and involvement."

"Thank you so much for this interesting review. Since you never mentioned any of the issues while we worked on your project, I can't relate to any of them. If the briefing and debriefing had been better, maybe the satisfaction level would be higher. I understand it's much easier for clients to talk to AI than to a designer, but that is not a productive relationship. AI can deliver amazing images, and you can be fascinated in the moment, but it still can't deliver ready-to-print files. Until that happens, the clients need to communicate with the designers, as we are not mind readers.

We went through multiple rounds of revisions as our regulatory consultant reviewed the packaging, and Senchy implemented every requested change promptly and professionally. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she maintained excellent attention to detail while preserving the premium look and feel of our brand.
Her communication was clear, turnaround times were fast, and the quality of her work was outstanding. The final labels look professional and are exactly what we envisioned.
