"We do not believe this review fairly reflects the project history.
The agreed first work stage was completed according to the original brief and discussed scope, at a very favorable price. During the process, the requested direction changed significantly, and the client later expected final deliverables that belonged to a later stage of the project.
We also went beyond the agreed scope by creating product visuals ourselves, because the required product/factory photos were not provided. In addition, we offered further adjustments and additional concept development, but the project was moved into dispute instead.
Our previous 523 client reviews reflect a very different and consistent history of professional work and communication. We wish the client success with their business."
