One of the things I appreciate most about D'U is that I was never made to feel rushed--he allowed me the time and comfort to go through the discovery process myself and explore options and versions until I felt the end product was right for me. That freedom for self-expression, without judgement, is liberating. I felt that he strived to be transparent and fair with scope and pricing.
