The specific objectives are to: (i) improve behaviours for non-violent conflict resolution; (ii) increase employability and employment of the at-risk youth population (ages 15-29); (iii) strengthen institutional capabilities of justice services (i.e. police, courts, rehabilitation and welfare services etc.) ; and (iv) reduce the recidivism rate among persons within the prison system.
The industry is Government of the Bahamas.
The logo should be able to reach a cross-section of the population appealing to youth and mature audiences. Should be easily recognizable and be able to be repurposed along mediums.
Designers can use some elements of Bahamian culture (i.e. coat of arms, national symbols, junkanoo etc.) as a starting point. At the same time, the logo should be able to reflect what the programme aims to achieve.
Should represent Bahamian community and passion.")

It should incorporate an abstract image of a bull. It does not have to be the full bull, it could be just the head with the horns or it could even be abstract as long as it's clear that it represents a bull.")

We’re focused on bringing clarity and order to complex infrastructure by upgrading outdated systems, designing intuitive panels, and integrating scalable, repeatable solutions. Our work isn’t just about automation—it’s about empowering field operators with tools that work every time, under any condition. As we grow, we’re transforming from a traditional panel shop into a systems-driven company built on operational excellence, trust, and long-term partnerships with municipalities. Our brand should reflect this transformation: dependable, forward-looking, grounded in Texas, and built to last.")
