He has exceeded our expectations on design creativity, timeliness, responsiveness, and organization. He has been extraordinarily accommodating, quick to follow up on requests, and clearly communicates through every step of the collaboration. We were so impressed by how he quickly responded to all of our requests to adjust the design, provide alternative options, and support additional add-on projects. He went above and beyond what was listed in the contract, provided alternative designs so we had options, and supplied multiple forms of files per request of our developers. We will definitely be working with Kosala for future projects and hope you do too! "
