"Iconic Graphics is undoubtedly a talented agency from a design perspective. However, my overall experience with them was unfortunately not positive.
The project involved developing a Shopify e-commerce website that was initially estimated to take approximately 20 working days. In reality, the project extended to nearly 6 months. The primary cause of this delay was a consistent lack of responsiveness. Replies often took several days or even weeks, which significantly slowed progress and made coordination difficult.
Additionally, there were extended discussions regarding the scope of work and what was considered within or outside the agreed perimeter. These discussions lasted for months and, rather than leading to practical solutions, often resulted in pushback. This created friction and further delayed execution.
While the front-end was developed in detail, the back-end implementation was only partially completed. Moreover, the promised knowledge transfer and proper handover were not fully carried out, which created additional challenges after delivery.
In my experience, Iconic Graphics tends to execute tasks strictly as instructed but does not proactively provide strategic design guidance or suggestions. This means that if you choose to work with them, it is essential to have very clear and detailed specifications from the outset and to define the scope of work extremely precisely.
Overall, while they creative talent, the project management, communication, and client relationship aspects were not aligned with my expectations. If your timeline is tight and you require responsive collaboration and flexibility, I would recommend carefully evaluating whether they can dedicate sufficient time and focus to your project."
