"The designs were directly what I ordered, but lacked the creativity and expertise that I expected to find from a designer on this platform.

Also, the 99Design platform should do better. The contest didn't seem to want to satisfy my needs. It just felt like the platform was concerned about collecting my money. At the point when I wasn't getting what I wanted, I needed to upload some design inspirations to aid the designers in the contest, but there was no way to do that. My expectations were not met. It just feels like I was conned, really—bad first experience. I don't think I'll be back here for anything."
