"Hired through a logo contest and came away with a full identity rather than just a file. The mark is distinctive, and it reads instantly at a glance.
What stood out was the execution beyond the winning concept. The wordmark is custom lettering rather than a typeface, which is more work and it shows. When I needed the mark to survive at icon sizes, they delivered a properly redrawn simplified version rather than just shrinking the original. Heavier strokes, rebalanced proportions. It's now our favicon and app icon, and it holds together at 16 pixels, too. That's the difference between a logo that looks good in a presentation and one that works everywhere you actually need it.
The handover was thorough: every lockup in .ai, .svg, .pdf and CMYK EPS, transparent PNGs in three colorways, a stacked variant, a clear-space and minimum-size guide, and written colour specs with Pantone matches. Everything was correctly built. I checked the EPS files and all four were properly separated for print.
Communication was clear and professional throughout, including being straightforward about what sat inside the contest scope and what would be a separate engagement. Highly recommended!"
