Adult clients of marginalized communities (BIPOC, LGBTQIA+) who specifically seek therapy to address and support the healing from complex trauma, generational trauma, oppression trauma, cultural stress, grief and loss, PTSD, perinatal trauma, postpartum mood disorders, and anxiety. I help support other BIPOC therapists connected to and providing support to BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities as they work to bring EMDR Therapy to marginalized communities. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish. The mental health services I provide focus a lot on guiding clients through dismantling internalized oppressive beliefs that contribute to challenges with their mental health.

"Working with d’zeNyu has been an extremely difficult process. He came to the table without any creativity on his own. I had to spoon feed everything and look for ideas on my own. I needed a logo to use with my business and wanted that in an email signature as well. I’m a schoolteacher and I sent an example teach logo that I told him he couldn’t use because it didn’t belong to me. He copied and pasted it into an email signature anyway, completely ignoring what I said. Then almost two days went by with no communication even though the company reported that he was online but did not communicate with me. I told him again that we couldn’t use that logo and the idea was that he create a new logo for me, which was part of the actual job. Then he sent me the word “teach” in cursive, dark letters with a feather at the end. This was something that I didn’t need to pay $99 for…that I could have done in Google docs using a cursive font. Then he changed the entire logo and decided on his own that he wasn’t going to use the word “teach” that I wanted and used something else. I would not recommend this designer…it has been a very long, nightmarish process. "

This project was just a logo design. I have proposed designs for you to choose from. After I finished the logo design, you have asked for an additional work which is the email signature design and told you that the additional work will have another quote. I asked you to just let me know if you want to continue but instead you gave me this review despite of giving all my best to give you the design that you wanted. I understand that we cannot please every client we have and I hope this will help me more to improve my designs. "

"The icon is exactly what i wanted, clean and impactful. The bigger logos could have been finer as the word spacing is not consistent. Overall happy with the results."
