The logo uses a clean geometric symbol inspired by built forms and development, paired with a contemporary wordmark that gives the brand a confident and professional character. The monochrome palette keeps the identity versatile, while the silver-on-black application adds a more premium and distinctive finish.
The overall system was designed to feel clear, sophisticated and credible across both digital and print use, giving J Lee Properties a visual presence that reflects the bespoke nature of its developments.")

The design direction is intentionally minimal and restrained, using a warm palette of ivory, champagne gold, beige and taupe tones to create a premium and versatile presence. The typography was developed to feel distinctive and elegant, while the overall composition remains clean enough to work across both digital and printed applications.
A complementary monogram was also created to give the brand a more compact and recognisable signature, allowing the identity to remain strong even in smaller applications.
The result is a modern and sophisticated logo system that feels elevated and memorable while staying understated, timeless and appropriate for a luxury event-rental brand.")

The logo combines a distinctive geometric symbol with a strong, highly legible wordmark and a restrained violet-and-black color palette. The icon brings together visual references to planning, design and smart working, creating a mark that feels technical without becoming cold or generic.
The identity was designed to remain clear and recognisable across both light and dark applications, with enough character to stand confidently on its own while still feeling appropriate for professional business use.
The result is a clean, contemporary and versatile brand presence that gives AESSEA a more memorable and credible visual signature.")

The design combines elegant editorial typography, sophisticated neutral tones and immersive property photography to create a premium, understated visual experience.
The 12-page layout was developed to guide the reader naturally through the property, location, lifestyle, key features and floor plans while maintaining a consistent high-end aesthetic throughout. The objective was to communicate exclusivity and architectural quality without overwhelming the content, allowing the property itself to remain the focus.")

As a new insurance brokerage firm, NEXAL sought a straightforward design featuring the name prominently at the top, with \"BROKER\" positioned beneath it. The redesign focused on creating a stronger visual system around the brand through a refined gold-and-neutral color palette, cleaner typography, more structured layouts and a more premium overall presentation. The goal was to make the identity feel credible and expert-led for an audience of young adults aged 25–45, without losing Horny Hive’s open-minded and sex-positive character.
The new direction was applied across key brand touchpoints, including business cards, brochures, website and social-media styling, as well as future course and educational materials. The result is a more cohesive, elegant and professional identity that supports Horny Hive’s positioning as a modern expert in sexual health while remaining approachable and distinctive.")
