Why do they come to us? They expect functional space to store their things in a safe and trustworthy environment.

Once logo was complete I had little to no support in the remaining items in the package such as the business card, letterhead and FB cover. I also only received on logo background. I am left needing to now hire another designer to finish the elements this designer began."
