The challenge was to translate a complex, multi-step real estate process into something users can grasp in seconds. I approached this from a UX and product perspective—first mapping the user journey, then structuring the content into a step-by-step flow that feels intuitive and engaging.
The final design uses a vertical timeline to guide users through six key stages, combining concise copy with custom illustrations to improve clarity and reduce friction. Each visual element is intentionally designed to support fast scanning and immediate understanding.
All illustrations were custom-built in Adobe Illustrator using a consistent visual system, ensuring a professional yet approachable look aligned with trust, privacy, and innovation.")

The last part was related in to make the scene as one day in Victoria, Melbourne.")

The result it's a wonderful piece with plenty of detail to have a look at each situation and understand what can happen in a daily basis")
