What impressed me most was how completely he thought it through. He delivered the full set of pages, two thoughtfully reworked mobile versions, a comprehensive design system, and a custom illustration library, all built on a scalable system we now own. His communication was outstanding throughout: he walked me through the thinking behind every page, responded considerately to all of my feedback, and was genuinely a joy to work with.
