"SiriusMagic is a wonderful logo designer. In my challenge description I had described what we do, what we want to convey, ideas of logos we have discussed, and what we like about them and not, She did an incredible job of creating a logo that succinctly communicated what I described.
Here is the amazing part. In my description I mentioned several design elements that some members of the team had proposed and some were strongly opposed to. I wanted to give the designers everything I had, including the conflicts in our team. In the design she produced she used all the elements on which the team had conflict. And quite amazingly the conflicts disappeared. People strongly opposed to including certain design elements were no longer opposed to it when they saw her logo.
