"I agree that there was no clear foundation at the start of the project. Expectations and needs were not fully defined, and even after presenting multiple design directions, there was no clear focus on the direction to pursue.
This required me to go beyond execution by asking further questions, interpreting feedback, and guiding the work toward a direction that ultimately reflected your goals and led to the final design.
Apologies if the process was unpleasant. Given the time, energy, and additional effort required to establish clarity, it was equally demanding from my end.
I hope future projects can begin with clearer expectations and scope to enable a smoother and more effective process for everyone involved."
