"Carola did outstanding work turning a hand-drawn pencil sketch into a complete, professional brand identity system, and the whole process reflected real craftsmanship and integrity.
She caught details I hadn't thought to ask about — she flagged on her own that the star's thin rays would be a production risk at small sizes and proactively built a dedicated thicker version to solve it, without me having to catch it myself. She asked precise, thoughtful questions at every construction decision (letterform gaps, how elements should connect) rather than guessing or taking shortcuts, which meant the final result stayed true to my original concept while being genuinely elevated in craftsmanship.
When a color mix-up came up midway through (a CMYK/RGB conversion issue), she tracked down the root cause herself, explained it clearly, and corrected the entire delivery without any pushback or extra charge. That kind of ownership is rare and says a lot about her professionalism.
The final delivery was enormous in scope — 100+ files across solid, gradient, and single-color treatments, every logo variation, all file formats, and a full color/typography spec sheet — all cleanly organized. Communication throughout was fast, clear, and genuinely collaborative.
I came to her with a very specific, detailed vision and a design brief, and she respected it completely while making it better than I could have on my own. I'd hire her again without hesitation and recommend her to anyone who wants a designer who listens, communicates honestly, and delivers exceptional, precise work."
