Adult clients of marginalized communities (BIPOC, LGBTQIA+) who specifically seek therapy to address and support the healing from complex trauma, generational trauma, oppression trauma, cultural stress, grief and loss, PTSD, perinatal trauma, postpartum mood disorders, and anxiety. I help support other BIPOC therapists connected to and providing support to BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities as they work to bring EMDR Therapy to marginalized communities. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish. The mental health services I provide focus a lot on guiding clients through dismantling internalized oppressive beliefs that contribute to challenges with their mental health.
What EMDR Therapy does: EMDR Therapy works on healing the brain to get to the heart of the trauma and guide the client to live their truest selves as their brain heals from trauma.")
