"Pretty effortless. I wrote the contest info package for instructing designers. He submitted a unique design on the second day of the contest. It grabbed my eye, but it was different than what I envisioned. Lots of creative discretion; however, it was so clean and crisp that I had to make it a finalist. He even took it upon himself to make multiple improvements without my prompting! It wasn't until the final round that I first suggested a few tweaks. His design was clearly the best from his first design, but all the extra tweaks just made it a perfect cover, especially at thumbnail size. This guy knows what is needed."
