The only small hiccup we had was communicating on the layout for our envelopes and where certain things needed to be on it for standard US shipping. We worked through it, and we are overall very pleased with our finished files. "

"The designer started off the project well. He took onboard the competition brief and designed an initial draft that aligned really well to the brief and examples provided. He made changes as requested throughout the competition, however, he did have to be asked a couple of times to make changes that had already been requested, as he had missed the initial request for the change. While his responsiveness and attitude seemed positive during the competition, as soon as the he was announced as the winner the enthusiasm and creativity aspect dropped off considerably. The designs put through for the follow up items seemed rushed and looked basic, with no creative thinking or individuality. He made strong suggestions several times that payment be made even though the designs were not where they needed to be quality wise and several requests for changes had to be repeated as he had skipped the request completely or only made one or two of the requested changes instead of all of them. Overall I was quite disappointed by his effort by the end of it and I will still have work to do myself to get the designs print worthy."
