The concept is based on a character built around an apple form, symbolizing identity, rhythm, and movement. The character is listening to music through the iPod Shuffle, capturing a focused and energetic state before action — a moment of preparation, creativity, and flow.
The visual language combines retro inspiration with modern, clean vector shapes. I focused on strong silhouette, expressive posture, and dynamic composition to make the character feel alive and memorable.
This project reflects my approach to illustration: storytelling through simple but powerful forms, emotional connection, and strong visual identity.

"Sergey did a fantastic job bringing our company sustainability to life through a sharp, creative, and easy-to-understand design. The brief was complex with many moving parts, but he managed to capture every key element perfectly.
During the process, I wanted to showcase some of Sergey’s signature style within the design. I asked him to explore a version that highlighted more of his unique touch, and he delivered beautifully. This became a major turning point in the project, as the team and I quickly aligned on that version and felt it truly elevated the final outcome.
Because the design needed to satisfy several stakeholders, there were naturally multiple feedback rounds. Sergey handled these with professionalism and patience, quickly responding, providing multiple iterations, and incorporating feedback seamlessly until we arrived at an outstanding final piece.
