"Francesca was creative and understood our vision for the project. She was positive and pleasant to work with, and responsive to our feedback and sometimes set expectations on ETA. The only constructive feedback we have is that after we provided measurements for the merchandise we were planning on producing, it would have been good to have more attention to detail. For instance, the graphics weren't as centered correctly and they didn't abide by our brand guidelines correctly. Given the time difference, I understood there could be delays in responding and I wished they were more responsive on a consistent basis, even if to say, when to expect things if not soon. Overall, I would recommend this designer for her talent, creativity and positive nature. Just make sure you set the parameters clearly and provide detailed direction and guidelines, as well as deadlines."
