"He is a talented designer and produced a strong overall design. My main challenge was a language barrier, along with some small but important formatting details that should have been addressed prior to uploading the files. While he was very responsive and easy to communicate with, I don’t feel the complexity of my brief was fully understood.
The design itself is well done, but I will need to hire another professional based in the USA to finalize the print-ready files and add some minor details because even simple, too hard to articulate due to the language. In my opinion, he is best suited for logo design or smaller projects and may not yet have the experience required for more complex or highly detailed work"
