"We liked the creativity of the logo icon but really struggled with communication. The logo font felt disconnected from the type font and we did our best to ask for a more uniform design without luck. We also asked for different color options multiple times and none of them felt harmonious. The designer seems to be good with icon design or illustration if that's what the need is - but they do not seem to be experienced in comprehensive branding. We selected them as the winner for logo icon but we will be taking this to another designer who is more experienced in branding and all other elements."
