"Abir delivered a finished interior layout and ebook, and the final product looks good and am proud of the work... I published with it. However, the process required more from me than it should have. There were several rounds of corrections (table of contents, scripture index, chapter formatting, and an ebook title error), response times were slower than my launch timeline needed, and I ended up making some fixes on my own. The price also increased twice during the project, and the editable source files were an additional charge at the end, which I had expected to be included. If you order, confirm in writing up front exactly what's included and what costs extra. Capable design skills; just build extra time into your schedule for revisions and be prepared to check the work closely. Overall Abir is very talented and I wish her great success in her future projects! "

I also appreciate your honest comments about the workflow. Your points regarding clearer upfront scope, pricing details, revision expectations, and communication are valuable.
