It originally hosted the local jail and stage coach stop. Nowadays it still operates as a ranch raising beef cattle, wine grapes and grains, as well as hosting the areas largest rodeo grounds. Jail Flat Ranch is starting a high end wine, spirits and local beef retail. The brand is focused on keeping the ranching aspect alive but elevating it to widen the audience and maintain a higher level of sophistication to be taken seriously in the higher end wine market. The logo should be a bull that is simplistic and more artistic than literal.")

The park combines nature experiences, wildlife, and outdoor activities and is aimed at visitors of all ages.
In addition to the park, we are developing a standalone restaurant that is physically connected to Park Nordica but operates independently. The restaurant can be visited without entering the park and is intended to be a destination in its own right.
The restaurant is named \"SKRUBB\", which is derived from an Old Norse word for wolf. The wolf is therefore a central and essential element of the brand and should be clearly represented in the logo. This also creates a strong visual and emotional connection to Park Nordica, where the wolf plays an important symbolic role. A visual relationship between the Park Nordica logo and the SKRUBB logo would be welcome, though not mandatory.")
