The process wasn’t easy. The client had over 1,000 proposals to choose from, so the challenge was to create something that would instantly stand out. The brief was intentionally very short, but that also made it open, so I had to approach it strategically and look for a smart idea that could create the desired wow effect.
The result is a bold, playful, and memorable identity built around the energy of the word “wow” itself. The logo has strong branding potential, works well as both a full wordmark and an icon, and gives the client a flexible visual element that can grow naturally across future communication, merchandise, digital use, and brand campaigns.")

What makes this identity truly distinctive is its responsive nature. The logo adapts to its medium: stretch it wide like a room being opened up, tall like a ceiling being raised. The symbol behaves the way Naperbrook works - it reshapes its environment. The medium becomes part of the message.
No rooftops, no hammers, no stock house icons. Just a mark that communicates space, precision, and transformation - exactly what a discerning Chicago homeowner expects when investing in a high-end kitchen, basement, or full-home renovation.
