One of the flaws in this process is that you don't really understand how a designer is to actually work with until you select a winner, and this designer was clearly not in the same class as the other winner we picked.
Do bare minimums for files, file types, file counts (other designer submitted 3x the number of files this one did)
Poor communication and even rude communication
Didn't ask what file types I needed so most of the files that were sent, like .psd, I can't even open without downloading additional software
Brand Guide initially submitted and even after adding some font info that we requested, the brand guide was again bare minimum like the rest of the work "
