The names the client references — Kelly Wearstler, Beata Hueman — are brands built around a personality, around an authorial point of view. The surname carrying more weight says exactly that: there is a person behind this studio, and her name is the guarantee.
The contrast also solves a practical problem: at smaller sizes, the eye anchors on the bold and reads the light as context. The identity holds across a wider range of applications — from site signage to an Instagram profile — without losing legibility.")
