"We absolutely loved Gumel's submitted designs. They followed the brief on the desired design very well, and responded to requests quickly and effectively. We would work with Gumel again. The only suggestion is that stock art files need to be declared (our brief stated not to use stock images). There was a "free" stock image attached to the design, but it didn't match the one in the actual design at all, so we thought it was just a hiccup. 99designs contacted us to inform us the art used in the design we received was stock art and had to be purchased to be used without attribution (this was days after the design was complete & awarded). We ended up having to pay for a membership to a "free" stock website in order to download the image used in the design. It ended up being extra steps, extra expense, and more back and forth with the helpful people at 99 designs to get it all squared away. Other than that, we're extremely happy with the design as well as the responsiveness and helpfulness of the designer. Thank you, Gumel!!"
