"I have to say it was frustrating. I sent in a sample of my design idea, and was sent back the exact logo I sent in? No modifications, no refinement? So I did a detailed mock-up on Canva of what I was looking for, and again, I was sent back the same thing, no changes. I saw this portfolio and was so excited because there were many watercolour logos, and that is what I was looking for, but I thought I would get a new or modified design from what I sent in. So in the end, I basically sent in everything, and they did a logo with very few modifications (which I had to ask for; they did not change or offer new ideas, and even had my company name incorrect over and over), which is not what I was expecting from this portfolio. "
