"I had an extremely disappointing experience working with this designer. AlexCreatives was rude, had a poor attitude, and was completely unwilling to be accommodating. She was very difficult to work with when it came to any additional work.
During the competition, other artists reported her for copying logos, which should have been a red flag for me—but I chose to proceed anyway, and it turned out to be a mistake. She consistently tried to overcharge for any extra work, refusing to negotiate fair prices. She even mentioned that she has “other ways” of getting clients outside of 99designs and didn’t need my work, which made it clear she did not value the platform’s customers.
I have worked with 99designs on four other businesses and have never encountered a designer so unprofessional, uncooperative, and dismissive. I strongly recommend moving on to another artist who actually appreciates 99designs customers, knows how to treat clients respectfully, and charges reasonably."

"For this project, I offered a rate that was actually three times lower than the minimum on 99designs to support the client’s budget. The issues began only after I declined to reduce the price even further. At that point, the client became disrespectful, started insulting me and unfortunately the collaboration broke down.
I remain committed to clear communication, fair pricing, and delivering high-quality work to clients who value professionalism and respect.
