Abstract logos

logo for regard d'auteur

Vi & Bull

For a start-up coffee roasting company focused on specialty coffee, I created a logo that embodies an industrial-modern aesthetic with simplicity at its core. The design process began with hand-drawn sketches to explore and refine ideas. I then transitioned to Adobe Illustrator to create a precise vector version, ensuring the design's clarity and scalability. The final logo was presented through detailed mockups, showcasing its versatility and real-world application. This process ensured the logo aligns perfectly with the brand's values and target audience.

Savour Finger Lakes

Designed for a wine tasting room located in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine region in NY, this logo features an abstract bottle shape adorned with hand-drawn ornaments, meticulously transformed into a vector format. The choice of pastel colors aligns perfectly with the client's preferences, creating a soft and inviting visual palette. The design captures the essence of elegance and refinement associated with wine tasting experiences, appealing to visitors seeking a sophisticated and memorable atmosphere. It serves as a distinctive symbol that reflects the unique charm and quality of the Finger Lakes wine region.

Conseqta Digital

For Conseqta Digital, I created a clean, minimal identity built around the distinctive ‘Q’ in the name. The geometric mark gives the brand a modern, digital feel while keeping things confident and professional, with a simple monochrome palette that works across everything from digital applications to government proposals and print.

Minimalistic & geometric, awesome owl logo

Amazingly simple yet great and eyecatching owl logo design, based on geometry and made of just 7 triangles. Abstract in nature, flat and monochrome, this design is made for web designer with great passion and modern aproach so it features neat looking sans lettering. Owls are wise and great and this one is no exception!

Minimalistic geometric monogram

Geometric monogram for active investment management company. Idea was to build simple logo that can perform nicely monchrome as well as in full color. This K icon is build with seamless triangles and perfectly fits into square shape while at same time it depicts abstract "%" symbol.

Minimal & Simple Wordmark

Simple wordmark with abstract form incorporated in lettering was the goal in this project and after just a few ideas we settled on this one. Font is customised with rounded edges to sit nicely with icon/letter Q.

Smart & minimal logo design

Unused & available logo looking for new home, check my services page for details. Modern and minimalistic logo design with smart play on bed and piano, with a touch of negative space. Simple monochromatic mark is paired with clear lettering that compliments the logo and doesn't take away from its awesomeness.

Superb and majestic logo redesign

In series of projects for this ultra modern gym, logo design took a few drastic turns until we settled with idea of having a big cat for icon. As market is oversaturated with that theme, it took me a while to came up with this simple yet unusual design, and it was well worth the wait. Thick diagonal lines filling the perfect square are cut so does lioness facial lines are recognizable in negative space. Simple and bold, monohromatic and flat, design speaks to both genders and have universal, timeless apeal :)

Modern & abstract logo design

Minimal and flat abstract logo for finance company from real estate field. Geometric and simple shape based on square with eyecatching apeal, featuring silver accents that gives depth and dimmension. Paired with clear modern font, this logo left both me and client happy with the outcome.

Polygonal & modern monogram logo

This was redesign project where I kept polygonal/triangle theme from original but came up with more abstract and unique monogram. That was no easy task, but it was worth the efforts because client love it as much as I do.

Negative space energetic logo

Been working on this project for Pure Energy Fuels. Among various concepts client opted for this one which was my personal favorite from the start. The idea was to evoke progress, movement and speed with negative space arrow created out of two shapes colliding into abstract render of P.

Geometric polygonal logo

Interesting project for returning client. Task was to create lined pineapple so we had a close call between this concept and another one with less precise and more curved "grid". Client opted for this slightly abstract version which sits nicely with modern uppercase lettering and features contrasting dark navy and gold colors for a touch of style.

foodscape

Modern and simple logistics logo

Neat, minimalistic and simple logo design done in lineart style, depicting abstract monogram with two letters P enveloping up and down arrows in negative space. Design is versatile, works great as mono weight line, with accent color or packed in hex icon with long shadow. Paired with customised, strong and clear lettering this amazing logo works great for logistics services its made for, and both client and myself loved it on first sight.

Simple abstract logo

After couple of tried concepts for this company that takes care of ATMs and electronic payments we settled on this simple abstract design with wave theme.

Modern abstract monogram

Abstract monogram logo for new sport apparel brand. Done in modern flat style but with faux 3D look to it which captures movement and call to action!

AW monogram

A good client of mine approached to me with desire to do him a personal logo based on his monogram AW. The only requirement was that it need to be in style of amazing Disruptive Viking logo I designed for him, to use same tessellation technique, color scheme and overall shapes. I have created couple different proposals to choose from and in the end client opted for my and obviously his favorite that was made with minimal corrections over Viking symbol but gave a totally different idea. Love end results.

Modern monogram for cryptocurrency

Simple, modern and abstract "BX" monogram for an online marketplace where people can invest in real estate, with cryptocurrency. Featuring purple shade which is not common on this market, logo will stand out within competition. Though flat and minimalistic, icon is clearly visible on websites where cryptocurrency logos are shown really small, thanx to its square shape and mono weight lineart. Tech looking and blocky lettering is clear and compliments the icon very well.

Abstract lineart monogram

Logo for company that provides information, research and education related to cryptocurrencies, blockchain and other emerging technologies. Based on initial letter, created with mono weight line and two connected isometric blocks. Modern serif lettering and dirty black color sits nice with this monogram that is abstract, techy and overal unique in already crowded crypto market.

Minimalistic eye design

Here is one simple and abstract logo design for B2B Internet-of-Things cyber security company. They are always watching so the eye was obvious and requested direction to explore. I came up with logo that stands out from market oversaturated with minimalistic eye designs. By drawing inside of the eye with variable weight radiating lines, neat illusion of iris is produced without complicating it further or introducing new color. We ended up with mean looking eye thats unique while paired with modern lettering and featuring classic black and red color combo.

Silkworm logo redesign

Silkworm rearing company aproached me for redesign of their logo, which they liked except it was wrong spieces of worm depicted. So, this project was all about meeting client wishes and keeping the same multicolor triangle design while showing anatomical features true to silkwworms. It took over 20 revisions, 50 shades of color and 60 triangles to reach the solution client was happy with. Paired with customised english and chinese lettering this abstract and geometric design is not among my favourites but its worth showing for painstaking journey to get it done.

Geometric monoline monogram

Redesigned logo for company that provides outsourcing solutions to tech startups. Aim was to simplify and modernise branding keeping the same main color and look of the lettering. Solution I came up with have typography build on similar font yet customised and perfected, while geometric monogram done in monoline style works well for icon.

Minimal abstract monogram

Redesigned branding for public relations agency that was in the business for a while and facelift was needed desperately. Keeping same color range but deepening them, along with modern and abstract SO monogram that evokes connection was the right way and result will push this agency presence forward.

Ambigram monogram logo

Some letters are realy hard to join in nice monogram and this was such a case. It took me quite a while to came up with this "KIK" initials logo that is also ambigram. Modern and abstract, with earthly colors it is iconic and memorable and will be strong brand carrier.

Unique and personal mark for a code consultancy

The client used AMA as initials for many years and reversed this to AWA, which in turn suggested Awake as a business name. The client is code-oriented (a developer and architect mainly in java) and is establishing an IT consultancy in that field. The mark — abstract and stylised — purposely echoes W and M within the form of a bat, tying the logo to the personal journey of the client. The bat is awake when others sleep, so is an appropriate and distinctive icon for this business that emphasises forward looking IT strategies.

Minimalist, timeless mark for feminine watch brand

This company makes watches for women — mostly wood-based designs. The client sought a minimalist mark. The Argo was the ship on which Jason sailed in search of the golden fleece. Here a circle represents the world, and a flat line the littoral of the ocean, on which Jason set out. In the centre is a gentle apex, meant to echo an A, while remaining feminine overall.

Minimalistic techy logo

Logo design done for a disruptive technologies consulting and incubation company focused primarily on the areas of Blockchain, IoT, Fintech, and AI. Modern and minimalistic design featuring abstract blockchain tree with its symetric roots, in techy looking geometric style. Done in neat shade of green color and paired with custom made lettering, with strong and bold apearance and reflection of icon shape in letter O to tie them together ;)

Minimalistic logo redesign

Client was looking to redesign his logo based on simple water drop lineart, due to scaling problems. Keeping the same color and client's font of choice, I came up with this simple and minimalistic design. Location pin made of waves, enveloping water drop in this neat and bold lineart, with just a touch of accent color is straight to the point, scales well and is versatile to be used against different backgrounds, and across the media.

Geometrical mark for a venture capital fund

Visary Capital is a tech-focused venture capital fund. "Visary" is shorthand for vision — to see forward. The mark is a combination of an abstract, geometrical V, and a watchful eye. Clean, modern and unique.

Rhythmic mark for Ikeen Productions

The client — Jazz pianist and vocalist Neeki Bey — contacted me to work with him directly. Running with intuition, the mark I arrived to aims to convey the spirit and feeling of music. Harmony, sensibility, soul. Folds, peaks and lulls, the line art is matched carefully with a subtle mid-contrast typeface. The events Ikeen produces are centred around highly talented musicians, so I wanted to lean towards classic, but remain contemporary and approachable. The company is also branching out into events production in general. While the mark is intended to evoke the flow of music, it is oblique enough to serve its purpose relative to a wide range of events.

Geometric abstract monogram

Modern and abstract monogram logo designed for specialists in dental prosthodontics. Request was not to use obvious dental related themes which are overused in practice, so after few concepts tried doctor was happy with geometric design I came up with. Simple and minimalistic, based on flat triangles and arranged in diamond-like initial letter B. Paired with clear modern lettering and featuring cool blue shade, design works as good colored, as it does in monochrome, so it is versatile enough to be easily used across screen or print media.

Logo Concept for Peace on Po

Geometrical eye for 3D convention

REZO stands for "Recognizing Zero" — a core principle and problem within algebraic mathematics. It is the name adopted by a convention for 3D graphics, film, games and visual effects; a place where art meets science, and where "the young come to discover themselves, and the more experienced come to recreate themselves." The client in this instance was struck by this pre-existing design, which is a geometrical eye, and approached me to work directly. I'm delighted this design — one of my personal favorites — has found such an audience.

Arrow of the future for Metaphysics

Metaphysics is a sports-focused company that goes beyond standard psychology and training programs. It challenges coaches and athletes to depart from a daily physical grind, promoting freedom, spontaneity, and preparation to take risks. Promoting honor, other athletes are not competitors, but enablers in an environment of mutual growth. The client sought a mark that would speak to the past and the future: from what we were, to who we are becoming. I started to think about arrows. I recalled the Persian legend of Arash: the archer who died releasing an arrow that would set the border between Iran and Turan after 60 years of war. The arrow traveled from Mt Damavand for 2,000 kilometres. He put everything into that moment. After exploring a number of ways to depict Arash, we came back to a much more abstract concept. An arrowhead pointed up, but also a path, a pyramid, an enigma. Limits to be determined. A metaphysical question mark.

Logo for architectural 3D renderings studio

BDM3d is a company from Victoria, Canada, producing high-end 3D graphics for architectural projects with the core objective of increasing marketability of images (and therefore increase in sales). With company's main clients being architects, property developers and realtors, the idea was to show them how BDM3d brings their "dry" blueprints and numbers into life through vivid 3D images. This is reflected in the logo which shows a basic sketch (the left side) morphing into a three dimensional shape with shadings and simulated transparencies.

Abstract Newt Labs

A couple of concepts came into play to create this logo. It was all about adaptability, the newt represents that and so is the liquid concept that contains it: Liquids take the form of the environment they are placed in. And the shield bringing forth the idea of security as being part of this company's priorities.

modern geometric monogram

A refined, geometric mark that balances simplicity with character. Its clean, angular lines form an abstract initial letter that subtly evokes growth, precision, and stability. The asymmetrical and dynamic composition pairs well with the warm, muted tone, which adds a sense of sophistication and approachability.

UrChair Logo

Minimalist mark for CBD lifestyle supplement

Foster is a high-end and luxury brand of CBD (Cannabidiol) positioned as a lifestyle supplement. The company is located in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. The company specifically wanted to depart from obvious associations with marijuana. As their location is known for its forests, we picked up on the pine tree as a reference point. Having explored a number of ways of representing pine trees in minimalist style, we settled on this design. A subtle use of shadowing gives the mark dimension and dynamism as the horizontal wraps around the vertical. The pine is combined with a clean and refined sans serif, conveying quality and calm simplicity.

Abstract mark for a Finnish jewelry and watch shop

The client was looking for a luxurious, high end mark that would relevant to his location in Finland. I created a composite abstract letter form (A) that would also invoke "mountain." The typeface is customised to get a clean balance between the traditional and the modern — in effect, a custom semi-serif. The outcome is a refined, memorable and slightly edgy mark that speaks of elegance, high value, precision, and expanse.

Clean, abstract and memorable logo

Whippet designs new products. Their goal is to secure (many) patents and build a portfolio of intellectual property. Whippet wanted a sophistic logo with the name giving dog to appear somehow. The logo should communicate both class and flair, to appeal to potential business-partnering companies. I created a modern future oriented design for them. Clean and memorable. By taking a closer look, one can see that the whippet dog comes with the initial letter W in the negative space. The customer immediately loved the logo. And I myself could not be happier with the result.

Primary, minimalist mark for clothing brand

VOIDE offers quality boxer shorts and loungewear absent the high cost of named brands (Armani, Calvin Klein, etc). With a future-facing design orientation, based on functional minimalism, VOIDE seeks to depart from cliched luxury brands. In this logomark, on the one hand I insist on clean legibility of the brand name. No embellishment — direct and clear. The graphical mark is as simple as it can be. A triangle to echo V, and an empty circle to echo void. Primary shapes, with a hint of the esoteric.

Cubist fox for tech recruitment startup

A different take on recurring "jumping fox" designs. On the one hand, the goal is to write the essential shape of the fox in as few lines as possible, while on the other it is to give character to the fox: an expressiveness, and strength, while oblique and esoteric, in what would be the face of the fox. The effect is rounded out by careful use of gradients to give a sense of dimensionality to the front part of the fox as it jumps. The Cubist echo is most pronounced if you turn your head to the right and focus on the front curve of the face. Is it a fox, or some strange otherworld creature? Regarding the company it was created for ... my thought was, 'break it up, get creative, get energetic! Jump!'

AI Medical logo

In this design i tried combining the idea of a neural mesh/circuits in the lettermark construct, creating a simple yet effective logo.

Abstract technology logo

In this design i've incorporated two thoughts with one design concept. Making the design look like a key was the perfect way of incorporating the idea of a link (like when you send someone a personal link) and the turn-key solution aspect of the client's business.

Timeless, evocative mark for US Catholic student centre

As a designer, I'm deeply fascinated by the abstract. By symbolism. By the iconic. I like to create evocative marks that spur thought. Here in this mark I aim to bridge two worlds: the foundation of Christianity (the resurrection of Christ) and our contemporary moment, in a dynamic, fast-paced world. I construct an icon of a double cross that appears to be in forward movement. The double cross is also to hint towards community, or sisterhood and brotherhood. The design uses a contemporary style of subtle and sharp cut shadows, to give dimensionality and an air of mystery. Overall, I wanted to convey supreme elegance, with an element of edginess that would appeal to a contemporary youth audience, while also traditional. A forward movement on solid foundations. The double cross also reinforces St. Teresa, in constituting a “T," giving a particular anchor to a traditional icon of the Catholic Church. A bold and confident mark.

Apple circa 1950, Bauhaus-style

Community contest — just for fun. Here, Apple reimagined via Bauhaus giants Josef Albers and Herbert Bayer. The apple becomes a square. The bite combined with the leaf reminds of the Bauhaus signet designed by Oskar Schlemmer in 1922. The E is dropped as unnecessary. The font a modern revival of Schelter & Giesecke's original Breite halbfette Grotesk, The Bauhaus movement set the foundation for abstract minimalism across the 20th century. Designers like me owe everything to them.

Primal rabbit for a publishing company

This was somewhat whimsical. The publisher deals with historical as well as contemporary fiction, and my mind jumped back around 200,000 years. I was thinking about the primary motion shapes of a rabbit, and arrived to this, which reflects a kind of aesthetic one might have seen in cave paintings. The client went in a different direction, but I like this aesthetic and wish I could experience the kind of visual outlook that represented reality, at the dawn of the age of man, in this manner.

Monoline design concept for video/art production company

The client is a videography and photography company that specialises in cinematic storytelling and "timeless, modern art work." I play with the correspondence between Kanue and canoe, in a monoline K that is intended also as a abstracted figure with an oar, rowing in a river.
