Expeced (stupidly) and requested multiple times a useable file formats e.g. a letterhead in a Word format.
No, just in Adobe Illustrator which you obviously have as a non-designer...?
Months later we have only used the logo and paid someone locally or done it ourselves.
Terrible waste of money.
