- Zielgruppe: Kunden die offen sind für andere Gerichte, nicht nur die Classic Pommes und ... - Darstellung: keine Imbissbude, sondern ein schön eingerichtetes Restaurant, ein hauch von einer Zarenstube, gemütlich wie in einem Wohnzimmer - Gerichte: selbst hergestellt (alles Handmade), schön angerichtet - Der Plakat soll so aussehen, dass die Leute vorbeifahren und denken, "Oh, da muss ich unbedingt mal vorbeischauen!" "Das ist aber interessant" "Oh, das sieht aber lecker aus" - Der Standort des Restaurantes - Internetseite - Facebook - Zeichen

Positioned next to a national highway we have 15 different kitchens that serve artisan food to travellers, local tourists and destination travellers (weekend visitors). With the standard requirements for a stop ie. fuel, toilets the food is the differential and being fresh and sourced locally wherever possible being farm to table.
