The app should scream fun, so it does.

I've elaborated this eye-candy Screen following Apple's Human Interface Guidelines for tvOS.

In this UI problem (visualizing leader board of sales people) quite important is the viewing distance.

The layout takes into consideration the use case, so information is effortlessly comprehendible by users e.g. sales team members.

The typography along with being fun is easy readable.

It is a beautiful Screen for the special case of tvOS.
