99designs launched a poster competition to promote the stock image website GraphicStock in 2016. An eighties style movie theme was required for the poster using at least one image from GraphicStock's image library.
Ferris Bueller's Day Off is a classic eighties film which, during one hilarious moment, references the opening scene of Star Wars.
I incorporated this into the poster using the classic red car as the space ship roaring overhead in a nod to the popular space fantasy.
