I represent a book publisher for small business owners. Over the past few months we have used 99designs for multiple client projects, continually being impressed with the quality of work.
This time was no different. The designer was very competent and created a fabulous design—I have no doubts about his abilities.
We did have some bumps in the road and miscommunications, for which I will share the blame. But in the end, through many messages and revisions, a wonderful cover emerged. I thank the designer for that.
