健康的に痩せたい、太りたい、 体内環境を整えたいという方向けに 健康セミナーを行っています。 セミナーでは水や栄養の大切さなど 根本的な部分を学んで頂きまずはご自身の 現在の身体の健康状態を知っていただきます。 個人カウンセリングを行い、 ヒヤリングした内容を元に 目標設定や計画を立てます。 日々の生活をしっかりサポートし、 ただ適正体重になるだけではなく 目標達成後も好きなものを食べながら 自ら健康を増進し、体重をコントロール できるよう指導しています。
