カウンター中心の１０席程度のフランス料理店の店名です。 読みはレスプリ・ド・グリシーヌです。高級なレストランと言うよりも、街場のビストロ的な感じで、夜なら、ワイワイ、ガヤガヤとワインやビールを片手に単品の食事を楽しんでもらうと言う感じで、昼ならもう少しカジュアルでスタイリッシュなコース料理をという感じにしたいと思っています。

レスプリ・ド・グリシーヌとは、エスプリはフランス語で｢心｣や｢精神｣、｢気質｣などを意味し、グリシーヌとは、お花の｢藤｣という意味で、直訳すれば｢藤の心｣という意味になります。藤のシルエットがさりげなく入っていたりとかもいいのかなと。勿論なくても。また、文字は筆記体が好きですが、デザインによってはそうでなくともかまいません。 要は全体的なバランスがいい感じにまとまっていてくれたらありがたいです。
