auf dem Oorder Hof führen wir mehrere Angebote an einem Ort zusammen: Unseren Pflegedienst, zwei ambulant betreute Wohngemeinschaften, ein betreutes Wohnen mit vier Wohnungen, ein weiteres betreutes Wohnen mit zwölf Wohnungen, eine Wundambulanz sowie ein Wohnheim für unsere ... Ziel ist es, die ambulante Pflege auf ein völlig neues Level zu ... Es handelt sich dabei um ein Leuchtturmprojekt, das es in dieser Form in Niedersachsen bislang nicht gibt und das die ambulante Pflege ganz neu und sichtbar ...
