Ziel ist es, die ambulante Pflege auf ein völlig neues Level zu ... Es handelt sich dabei um ein Leuchtturmprojekt, das es in dieser Form in Niedersachsen bislang nicht gibt und das die ambulante Pflege ganz neu und sichtbar ...
