We bought a small company that started as a locksmith and lock reproduction ... Now they are installing both mechanical and digital door entry solutions (keylocks eg) from suppliers like ABUS; Assa Abloy and ... They still produce keys ... We (the comany that bought the smaller business) want to enlarge our overall business model this ... So the small business still remains seperately and they key focus is still locking ... however, also the small company (Olchinger Zutritts und Sicherheitstechnik GmbH) can now offer our products as well: burglar alarm systems, fire detection systems).
