Simple Iconic HotMic Logo Design

A simple, iconic yet modern, contemporary, and audience-friendly logo concept. It features a microphone formed within the negative space of a flame. Interestingly, the microphone also resembles a matchstick, symbolizing something that ignites—or “lights up / Hot”—conversations among users.

C monogram logo for visual effects company

I love creating unique monograms so used this approach for Colony Visual Effects. As company is working on visual effects and making impossible stuff, possible, I decided to play with C, made with Escher-esque approach creating bending letter with impossible geometry theme. It works really great with subtle gradient giving this effect another dimension, but it works really great in single color as well. I took extra effort and created couple mockups showing this design used in various situations and in the end payed of.
