Brief : Iconic Outdoor Design is a 3D design studio for luxury pool builders. We produce the renderings and design work builders use to sell and construct high-end backyards — pools, hardscape, and the full outdoor environment around them. We're not outsiders selling to the trade. The studio was founded by a PHTA Certified Building Professional with nearly a decade of designing, selling, and building, and over a thousand backyards walked. Builders come to us because we already speak their language and understand what's actually buildable. Who it's for Established luxury pool builders — owner-operators and small high-end firms, not volume shops. Our clients sell six-figure projects to affluent homeowners, and our work has to hold up in front of that homeowner. How we operate Deliberately small. A handful of builder partners, a limited number of projects each quarter, and market exclusivity for the builder we work with. Selectivity is the point, not a limitation.
