KindSpace offers German teens (12-18y) mental health support group sessions. Teens can join a group of 10-12 teens and a facilitator any day to talk about their stressors and practice mindfulness together. The sessions are stigma-free, fun and relaxed. They offer a safe space to talk about any topic. It is cool to go to a KindSpace Café and easy to talk about. Teens strive to become part of the community.
