Skylla Technologies is a startup that makes service robots, industrial mobile robots (AGVs), and cloud based software systems to manage many robots. The idea comes from weather as their products's name related to it. So, I try to make modern and simple abstract rain with lightning bolt inside it. In addition, the combination of lightning, third, and fourth lines form a shape of "S" that stand for Skylla. Logo Design for a film and music production company with an in-house recording studio based in San Diego. The client envisioned an organic, desert-themed design that features some of the following elements: a snake, a lightning bolt, and a skull. We explored a couple of options with two and three of the elements, but settled on a simpler solution. The hand-drawn graphic is accompanied by simple and legible sans serif type in a circular lockup. The color palette is monochromatic to give the design a mature, more sophisticated feel.
