Therefore we are creating an elite living space for 18 entrepenuerial spirits in the heart of Copenhagen. Nest is not a co-working space. But made with the purpose of being social with likeminded people, hanging out, supporting and inspire one another.

It's expected to attract creatives of color - black and Latino community. It's also focused on creative entrepreneurs cultivating their creative influence for good purposes.

The client had an idea to locate studio into the old milk factory, and old milk bottles are clearly associated with the group of people. The one subtle detail (bow tie) gives a human note.

They are a small accelerator and co-working place for ambitious scaleups within SaaS, AI and new energy. Right now they host 15+ scaleups, 100+ persons, 1,400 square meters. Previously they are called Level 6 AS due to the floor they have at Kongens gate 6 in Oslo, Norway.

FreshSuites & Bar is a 199room hotel that also has 72 apartments, with a co-working, restaurant, bar, and conference hall in Dachau, Germany.

COWORKING BCN

COWORKING BCN aimed to create a space for designers -- soon to become a hub for Architects. And they want a logo that presents such an idea as a simple abstract in neutral colors. AR3Designs imagined a small space composed of six planes enclosure -- as the hub. Two planes serve as the walls. Three of them created the hub's floor. And the last one showed the ceiling. The color difference completed the separation of the exterior (darker) and the interior (lighter). In addition, these planes had a golden proportion which enticed COWORKING BCN to reach a final decision. More than 150 designs from more than 30 designers went into choosing. And AR3Designs got the crown in the end with a 5-star rating.
